Location

We tread along the path,

Searching,

Always searching.

I look left,

You look right,

We are one,

Searching,

Always searching.

We climb the highest mountains,

And conquer the toughest quests,

Yet we are still searching,

Always searching.

After many years of treading, climbing, weeping, crying,

You leave.

Now I search and search and search,

But I know I will never find

The one thing we searched for,

Never realizing we had it all along.

I will continue to search,

Though I know in vain,

Hoping to rejoin you,

And be home once more.
