your body is your home

in case you didnt hear that

i'll repeat it again

your body is your home

your body is home to something beautiful

beautifully beautiful

this here is why no two bodies are exactly the same

there is so much hidden underneath our body

that even if two people had the same body

their true colors wouldn't cast the same body.

your body is your home

aiming for perfection is possibly

probably not possible

no two bodies are the same

you may prick or prod but

your body is your home

you can redesign red ring fingers but

it wont explain inexplicable inspection impending

your body is your home

invasive needles through skin and jack hammers through walls

we improve our features in hopes to undo our flaws

your body is your home

with crocked floor boards and crocked teeth

all that matters is underneath

underneath our skin

we love from within

with every slight touch of our skin

your body is your home

your body was made for

sharing

caring

repairing

baring

but not comparing

please remember your body is your home
