Have you ever gone on a really long trip?

Let’s say it’s a whole week staying in a hotel

You packed your bag with everything you thought you needed

But you get to where you’re going and you forget your favorite shoes

You left the only pair of jeans you own

And you didn’t bring any shampoo

You feel even worse than that time you slept at a friend’s house and didn’t have your toothbrush

Every day you wake up bummed out

Because you didn’t have your much needed things

Then finally you get to go to your house

You’re excited the whole way there

You walk through the front door

You want to shower just to use your shampoo

You want to go out somewhere just to wear your favorite shoes and your one pair of jeans

When I’m with you

I feel like that

You’re my missing piece

I don’t want to be anywhere else in the world

Home is wherever I am with you
