Tears like rain
Fear, hurt, and pain
Love is forgotten
People go insane

Nothing but sorrow
Hope for a tomorrow
Wishing for a better day
Working to get a better pay

A ribbon of people end with death
Screams crowded camps as a soul is taken
All loved ones are lost
No one knew the cost
But soon it fades away

We take the time today
To celebrate what we have
Commemorate what we’ve lost
Begging that it’ll never repeat

65 years of hope
65 years of faith
We wait...to see what the future holds
