His Love Is

With him you have everything,

Without him you are nothing.

Out of the sand we came because it pleases him,

And back to the earth we will go.

But our Spirit will rise to Him,

where we will be in his love everlasting.

Great is He. Mighty to be praised.

Worthy of all Honor and all praise.

He is our redeemer and perfector of our faith.

The materials things rust and are carried by the wind like sand.

But his love for us is everlasting.

His love for you and me is greater than any distance imaginable,

For it is never ending.

His greatness does not fit into our heads because otherwise we would explode.

Words limit him because they fall short in describing Him.

The word love is overused and therefore looses its meaning.

But if his love could be defined it would be greater than the deepest ocean,

greater than the feeling that you get when you hug a friend,

Like seeing a loved one that has passed away,

But without the tears.

Like the beauty of dawn.

Like the birth of a child.

Greater than a mother's goodnight kiss.

Greater than a high five from dad.

Greater than winning the lotto.

Greate than the day you get married.

His love is fierce.

Fierce like a lion.

Yet gentle like a dove.

And free like the wind.

His love does not bind but sets you free.

Free to be.

Free to live.

We are like a gentle butterfly.

He is like the morning's first rays.

May God bless you,

today and always.
