There's something beautiful about him

 Not in physical beauty, but in the way he cares

He sees the world in a childlike way -

a way that there's still good

Something so pure and loving

He looks to do good and build relationships

He looks to build people up, not tear them down

That in and of itself is beautiful

It's something I wished I had

Something I wished I spent more of my life practicing

 

Theres something beautifully in the way he treats me

He calls just to say goodnight

Responds when I say good morning

He looks at me in a way that I haven't looked at myself -

very many times

In a way so deserving

 

I'm eternally greatful that God has placed him in my life

He values my friendship and my opinions

He likes to listen to me talk and -

that is more than I could ever ask for in a friend
