Hide My Heart

Love, such a vague and scary thing

For fear and joy is the emotion it brings

I love my crooked neighbor with all my crooked heart

But with fear of everything that comes together falls apart

With immerse compassion for someone, if people were rain

I was drizzle but you are a hurricane

Everybody told me that love was blind

Then I saw your face and you blew my mind

Spoken words unable to take back, in fear of disdain of passion towards you

Night falls fast

Today is in the past

Painfully awaits response, for this to be continued
