Help the homeless

Feeble and dying,
Steadily still trying
Trying to stay alive while life is tragic
Wishing that God could perform some "magic."
Burning in the hot sun penetrating their skin,
Calling for help outside and within.
Trying to adapt to the new lifestyle,
Struggling to live in an empty dirt pile.
Life went wrong,
Making them not so strong.
Two left turns and a right,
Too many wrong choices, now they got to fight.
Life seems useless right now,
Trying to get their life together, but how?
We need to help the homeless,
We are leaving them helpless.
Let us help them restore their health,
We need to see reality, not just shopping and wealth.
We need to stop being selfish
And help the homeless before they perish.
Cherish people and be an impact,
One person can change the world and that's a fact.
People suffer throughout life,
Maybe they spent money wrong or ended up without a wife.
We need to show them we care,
Show we love them and are willing to share.
They carry some many burdens, it is hard to bear,
We need to be helpful and make life more fair.
