Help!

My family migrated here, to America, through la Frontera

A tough and dangerous journey, indeed, but where would I be without it

Mami risked it all to give me a better life because she knew America was safe

America shouldn't be turning their backs on refugees and immigrants who need safety

On a time like this, it baffles me that there are 7-year-olds in Syria about bombs killing their families

While 7-year-olds here worry about getting the next iPhone

Not everyone born into the same thing but it isn't fair

So it's America's duty to help and not be so selfish

Because I know if my mother wouldn't have been allowed in, I would be in danger in my country

People out there need us...let's start giving
