You feel like you can fly

You feel like no one can ruin your days,

You feel like you don’t have to be shy

You feel in such a daze.

Time is the only one in between

Everything changes in a blink of an eye,

And suddenly,

You feel like the sky is pushing you down

You feel like every day drags more and more,

You feel like someone stole your crown

You feel it all the way to your core.

And then you notice, 

You don’t miss the person that once made you fly away,

You just miss someone being your today.
