Heart

When the heart feels happy, the heart races when it feels

like it is excited.

When the heart is scared, it beats what feels like

a million beats per minute.

When the heart feels sadness, the heart doesn’t wish to beat

feels as if it is not there.

When the heart feels heartbreak, it feels as if it has been shot

by bullets into it over and over again.

When the heart feels love, the heart reactivates and feels like

it wants to keep what the love it feeling close.

When the heart feels remorse, it begins to slowly want to help

the one who they feel remorse for the one it for.

When the heart feels distrust, it starts to close it self away feeling

it is not safe to let it self trust again.

When the heart feels trust, it starts to reopen up slowly but surely

enough to let others in.
