He.... Him

Location

He’s in my dream waiting for me

He has no face but I can hear him calling me

Serenaded by his voice I go

Into the fog that is blinding me

I can hear him call me

His voice crawls down my spine

In between my thighs

 I need him

I run, my hands are my guide

To find the man of my dreams

I pause, stumble and fall

Over obstacles, stallers and users

I’m still running

Still falling

And he’s still waiting

I don’t know where he is

But I can hear him call me

His voice rings in my head

And travels into my heart

He sees the cracks, holes and bruises

He kisses them

One by one

The goo bubbles and boils

And I fall

“STOP! STOP! IT HURTS IT HURTS!” I yell in agony

He continues

I curse him for hurting me

“My Love, I am healing you. You have to hurt in order to properly heal.”

He whispered in my ear

I felt it

I felt it all

The pain, loss, tears and burden….

Lifted

He saved me

He saved me from myself

He was my knight

But before I could see who he was

He left….

He disappeared in the wind….

In my dreams

He waited for me

He had no face

But I remember him telling me

“My Love, I am healing you. You have to hurt in order to properly heal.”
