Dear Christian look at your mission
Decorating fins when you are called to be fishin'
And this really is an act of sedition
When the natural man leads your cognition
You think your sanctified when heaven's gates are open wide
You think He's glorified when the church is not his bride
You think their justified with their worldly ties
You think we're anathematized when rejecting a lie
So maybe Martin Luther or even Martin Brucer
Pounding on those holy doors ripping out those pagan floors
Could shed a little light in the cover of the night
So we see what's fading while the world is parading
And I know it's legalistic or maybe simplistic
To make it our cry what the world calls a lie
Maybe I'm a pharisee, but how dare I see
The written of God cannot be counted as fraud
And the Christians with the microphones
Should really have micro phones
So we could not hear the drones
Fleshly crimes of Satan's own
"An old crusty book that should be left in the nook"
And the elephant is that they believe it's irrelevance
Yet inspired by Him In the midst of our sin
Should humble the proud and provide grace within.
Let me diagnose at least with some of my prose
How the church has failed and left the world impaled
With naivity for the sake of brevity
Of being disliked in the earth we think heavenly
How 66 accounts treated with no amount
Yet mr. Olsteen is about to sell out
And we join hands singing kumbaya
And Jesus will say I did not know you at all
The word of God is left to the dust
Even conservatives sipped the preservatives
Thus, Awana and John 3:16 join the team
The unChristian American dream
Until The B I B L E reigns
The church will face stain instead of pain
And the hurled will look like the world
Swirled in within the montra of sin curled
Maybe we need a harsh physician
When the incision has passed the prescribed admission
And the mission? Sola de tolderance no permission
Turn and repent lest we all face perdition
That 3000 year old book that story
Praises Him in the midst of His glory
Reject it and you reject Him
And if you do, stop calling yourself Christian
