Happy Birthday

Today is a day filled with cheer.

This is a day that comes only once a year.

This is the day you were born.

The day when sadness had been torn.

Torn into pieces that you could never put together.

So it was sure that love would follow you forever and ever.

It had once been written,

"A mother is she who can take the place of all others

but whose place no one else can take."

The span of these words have no one mistake.

My mother never left her place,

making not one disgrace.

She always watches as an angel through the night,

With her around, everything feels right.

Since mothers are there for her children every day,

On her day,

 take the time to say,

"Happy Birthday"
