Hallways

School seems like nothing but a trap in your lap giving you a slap

Nobody knows you have nowhere to go to hide against your foe

Walking in the halways just to get stares anf glares that seem so unfair

Where even the teachers dare to share how much they do not care

Even if you fail while your mind sails away wishing it was another day,but all you can do is stay

Nobody knowing this is your only escape from a fate hidding right behind the gate

Broken down and thrown to the ground like a white crayon

Smile plastered on your face like a brace with no grace

They will never be able to tell how i fell but oh well

The struggle is real for this i truly feel

It is said to be the best years of your life not like a knife

I took this idea only to look for the day I can say the same thing

Hide in my own mine one more year to fear these hallways

Then it all goes away.
