Hall of faith

Hebrews 11:13

13 These all died in faith without receiving the things promised,

but they saw them in the distance and welcomed them and acknowledged

that they were strangers and foreigners on the earth.

Looking at names in this great hall

and the uncertainty they suffered.

Towards the end leaning on that friend,

Who is God's faithful buffer.

Trusting in what God had said

they overcame that cluster,

that some call fear … that’s always near,

that only faith can muzzle.

It is so simple to trust in God,

So don't let circumstances fluster.

Your will to live … as God gives,

strength in faith … to them who’re trusted …
