"Growing Up

The sunlight rises in the early morning
A young girl comes out to play
Her heart is joyful and eternally soaring
Nothing could ruin this day

A ten year old sitting in a desk
Waiting for the bell to ring
She tries to sit still, she tries her best
Waiting for the moment that she can sing

A teen dreading the morning bell
She suffers from a broken heart
She awaits the day of living hell
Nervous fo rthe school day to start

It's off to collge for this beautiful girl
Sadness comes with her goodbyes
She watches her life ahead unfurl
This is how we see her in our eyes

Good job, keep challeging yourself to do different topics and read others work if you look to become better and grow in knowledge as well. Check out some of the famous poems, quotes, writing styles, and formats as well. Don't be afraid to change and also you can write it however you desire it to be, but make sure your true through in out as you grow.
