Green eyed dream

Late and early, day and night,
I so dearly wished to stay at the sight,
Green eyes looked at me and soon said goodbye,
But I just can't let go of what I saw that night,
Hair so dark and fixed up, as he sat inside the car,
A shirt so tight that it wore like a scar,
A jawline lean and perfect, sharp like a knife,
Then daylight came, whisked him away,
And in bed is right where I was that day,
He may have been a dream,
But that dream was real to me,
For when I dream the faces seen are oh,
So much unclear to me,
But in the night as I sleep,
The face that I had seen, was oh so kind and clean,
With a fine jawline, a tight fitting shirt,
and eyes a beautiful, clear and wonderful,
Stunning color of deep forest green.
