Grasshopper

Location

Away from the bustle of city folk,

visiting a place not like my own.

All is different and

all is calm.

This Grasshopper hopped

up onto my arm.

Around he walked, curious

as I. What a beautiful

feeling. To hold

such a creature that

at home I only ever the pleasure

to hear.

Why is the life so different here.

It is heavy on my conscience,

I wish Grasshopper would speak.
