Goodbye

Why now, why did you wait so long

I waited for you, but it was like  waiting for rain, while standing in the desert

I miss you, but what you put me through was unforgiven able

I want to let you back in, but who am I to know that you will stay true to your words

The feeling of seeing you everyday, and getting to know you more haven’t shattered away.

When I catch sight of you, it still makes my stomach rumble into

butterfly and blush as red as a ripe tomato.

Like I said I miss you, but I don’t want to let you in; and later on regret it

You make me smile, laugh, blush and happy

You are right, I so missed you, the taste of your lips on mines

the beautiful words, you whisper to me at night.

The way you made me fall head over heels for you.

Why did you have to kiss her?

Why did you have to choose her?

I waited for you but you shattered, and yet now your are here next to me asking for forgiveness.

The relationship, we had was pure; but it all faded away, the moment you chose her.

It will take awhile for my shattered

heart to ensemble itself.

I don’t need you anymore, but I am willing to forgive, but never forget.
