As Good as Love

Nothing feels as good as love.

Giving love, receiving love,

Hugging, smiling, laughing

The warmth of love is real.

Nothing feels as good as love.

Not the sweetest ice cream cone,

Not the fluffiest kitten,

Or the comfiest bed, just love.

Nothing feels as good as love.

Standing in the dead of winter,

I would feel the warmth of love.

The love of friend and foe.

Nothing feels as good as love.

Truly, nothing does feel as good.

The knowledge of true love

Is real beauty.

Nothing feels as good as love.

Red, blue, yellow, purple is love.

Everyone is capable of love.

So, why not feel good every day?
