Gone Distressed

Tue, 04/30/2019 - 11:25 -- plor19

The timing was wrong

You were too young

I wonder what your thoughts were

You had your struggles

You’ve had enough

So you thought it was time to go

Too much to handle

Your future way out of your reach

You had no idea, But there was a lot for you

You must’ve felt lonely

Kept feelings to yourself

No one had bothered to ask how you felt

I worried much about you

I knew you’d not speak

I thought you’d not care

Now I wonder, was I right?

I empathize the feelings you carried

I knew you had woes

I wish I could’ve helped

I wish you wellness

Yet I still can’t believe that you’re gone, my brother

May you rest in peace
