Glasses Girl

Location

Everything is different behind the glass

Like tinted windows you can't see what's on the other side.

All they can do is look, and move on,

But what about the girl on the other side?

The glare on her lenses hid all the tears that been shed,

A wire frame to keep them from falling apart.

The scratches that been edged into them by so called "friends",

The smudges made by the hands that pushed her away,

And the fingers that tried to hide her existence.

As dust falls upon each empty wound,

No help is given.

Her desperation turned into hopelessness

Leaves herself unclear, and lefted alone.
