Give Me A Reason

Just give me a reason,
To keep my heart beating,
I don't want to die,
So please don't cry,
But maybe I'm better off dead,
I mean you don't give a damn,
How could you understand,
Take a close look at me,
Then you'll see,
You ripped out my heart,
Even though you had it from the start,
Just give me a reason,
To keep it beating,
The sun is no longer shining,
I lost the silver lining,
You tore my heart straight from chest,
Now look at me while I fall,
And just remember I gave you my all,
I know you think it's for the best,
But it's easy for you to say when you take more,
And leave me with less,
I bet you don't even care,
How is this fucking fair,
You have my heart,
And left me broken,
Maybe I should have left more unspoken.
