That Girl.

Location

I always wanted to be that girl.

The girl with the pretty face and great clothes

The slim waist and the nice nose

Beauty SPEWING from her head to her toes.

The girl with the fair skin and nice hair. Because people judged the melanin and they didn't care.

The girl the boys would fight over, the girl with all the friends.

But no one knew what it was like when the day would end.

I've now realized that I am my own kind of "that girl".

I'm that girl with the pretty smile.

I'm that girl with dreams and goals in her eyes.

I'm that girl without all of the glam and fashion.

I'm that girl wearing the beanie and thick glasses..

I Woke Up Like This. I'm not afraid to say it.

If you're your own that girl, then take this message and relay it.

I am FLAWLESS. You are FLAWLESS.

We woke up like this.
