Ghost

A man in white walked across my mind.
I still see your silhouette sitting on the rail road tracks.
Imagine the smoke trailing from his lips.
She was here to pass the time.
Open their tiny eyes.
Look into my wild dreams.
A man in white walked across my mind.

His stocky build and his strong arms.
The smoke entrails from his nose.
I was here to make up lost love.
Can you feel the high?
A man in white walked across my mind.
All I could see was his dark figure,
stuck in a clouded memory.

I see you sweetheart.
Your lips speak softly.
The smoke is laced with our intimacy.
His square jaw is bruised and uncertain.
Why he was alone like me.
A man in white,
walked across our minds.
Singing deeply to an untold story.
Can you feel the high?

Here comes the train,
inching closer with each tightly packed bowl.
Honey don't forget the feeling
of what we all need.
The rails are shaking.
Remember this place in your poisoned mind.
Don't forget me.
I see your silhouette outlined on the tracks.
A man in white walked across my mind.
