Gallipoli

         Gallipoli

By A.R.T

The sky burns as the ottomans prepare

For allied advance, hundreds of thousends charge

Up the hill like teddy roosevelt

Many a hero lose their lives

Winston sobs in tragady

when he realizes his mistake

As his men fall into the sand

For this was gallipoli

Machine Guns and rifle mow he man down

English order the retreat as bishop makes his move

He takes the castle even though death foretold

For this was the battle of gallipoli
