Freedom is just another word, for nothing left to lose. And as far as letting my freedom be taken away, I refuse! But, when freedom is last, it's nearly impossible to regain. When all else fails, all it takes is one simple mistake, and then you are defined with a number as your name. As I take my stand, I refuse to let my freedom be taken away. I am not afraid to walk alone because the best thing they taught me as a kid is to not be afraid. I’ve come to accept that we as human collect secrets over the years. Hide behind them, depend on them, like aces up our sleeve. We think we have to protect the people we love from the truth, but the truth isn't the poison its the cure. We try to live a good life. A clean life. But secrets get in the way. Sure, we can play dirty, use people's mistakes against them. But put all those secrets behind us, and the honest man comes out on top. As a matter of fact, forget about having secrets and making mistakes all that doesn't’t matter because no matter what happens in life anyone can achieve their fullest potential. Yes, who we are might be predetermined, but the path we follow is always of our own choosing. We should never allow our fears or the expectations of others to set the frontiers of our destiny. Your destiny cant is changed, but it can be challenged. Every man is born as many men and dies as a single one. So once again I’m not afraid to take my stand for I hold my future in my own two hands. There are no victories there are only battles and in the end, the best you can hope for is to find a place to make your stand and luckily you find someone willing to stand with you. If you’re like me and rarely trust, reconsider because sometimes we are wrong and we have to be willing to trust. There is nothing wrong with trusting people but don’t forget that There is a difference between dependence and trust. Depend on yourself but keep in mind that there will come a time where you must trust others and that is not bad. You must keep people close to you. And there will be times were you may be deceived for trusting too much but its ok its better than you living in torment for not trusting enough And although they manipulated my trust I still like to think that I'm a good judge of character, yes I've been fooled before, but People change and they lose their way. Sometimes, they lose themselves. Some of us may consider the truth to be an ancient language that we speak! but always bear in mind that the truth Is hard to teach but easy to manipulate" and when it is manipulated don’t hold a grudge learn to forgive because despite the fact that Forgiveness does not change the past it does enlarge the future And no matter if I fail or succeed in this life of mine what I do know is that If I can't be a good example, then I'll have to be a horrible warning. And I hope that one day you understand that salvation isn't something you can find and it's not something someone can find for you either so when you go looking for it and don’t find it don’t  let the chaos and injustice of searching for salvation make you so blind with anger that you become part of the problem. Understanding compassion, kindness, and love are the only true revolutionary ideals.  And be aware that when we compromise those we become what we despise and we lose our humanity. Accept the fact that you can’t look for Salvation because it’s something you have to give yourself And through all this Acknowledge that Out of suffering, have emerged the strongest souls and the most massive characters are seared with scars. But we can’t let those scars affect our lives because those Scars remind us of where we've been but they don't have to dictate where we're going and even though It has been said that time heals all wounds. I myself do not agree. The Wounds remain. And In time the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue, and the pain lessens, but it is never gone. yet the way to get through this is  through family and So much of what is best in us is bound up in our love of family which remains the measure of our stability because it measures our sense of loyalty
