Four words can make a difference 

to you 

to anybody 

three words is just the same 

as well 

as only two 

that's the clever thing about words 

individually, 

they mean nothing 

until they are jumbled together 

to form 

something almost silly, 

to make a sentence, soft and bold, 

spiky, silky, 

overused and original 

Some mock and tease those who revere it 

but they are the ones who comprehend. 

Four words is just as powerful, 

as four paragraphs 

or four bombs. 

They build and destroy cultures and nations; 

four words can give hope, 

a cause, 

an intention; 

they can give life to the living.
