FORWARDS AND BACKWARDS POEM

Eyes watching me while my words walk around in your mind

I feel the hands opening me up for the first time,

Eyes and fingers swimming through the river of my words

The breath of you sucking in my words,

Giving up my breath to you

Eyes watching me while my words walk around in your mind

I see your head hovering over me for hours,

Not letting me go until I’m finish,

Taking in every word I have set in front of your eyes for me to

say

You frown in concentration, and confusion,

When I speak of certain words,

Certain things you’re not sure of

NOW, TURN IT AROUND

Certain things you’re not sure of

When I speak of certain words

You frown in  concentration, and confusion

Taking in  every word I have set in front of your eyes for me to say

Not letting me go until I’m finished,

I see you head hovering over me for hours

Eyes watching me while my words walk around in your mind

Giving up my breath to you

The breath of you sucking in my breath, breathing back into my words

Eyes and fingers swimming through the river of my words

I feel the hands opening me up for the first time,

Eyes watching me while my words walk  around in your mind
