Forgive Me

Forgive me

I can't ask you to your face because my pride won't let me

But I ask that you forgive me

I wanted you to feel the pain that I felt, but I forgot that pain hurts

I would never want to hurt you

Understand me

I can't describe to you my pain, because only i have felt it

But i ak that you just try to understand me

I have a wall surrounding my heart

My sarcasm, anger, and disrespect makes sure no one gets in

Love me

Even if you have me tell me you love me

Even if I broke your heart tell me you love me

I can't love you back

I'll have to learn how to love myself first

You should have taught me how

But it's okay, I forgive you

I'm all grown up now

Now it's my job to teach me
