Fly On

Sat, 05/11/2013 - 17:44 -- BecKa

You always loved that long-board of yours, you said that while on it you felt you were flying
How could you know that a drunk driver would be the end of such flight ?
It was dark- it was at night
Why he didn't have the courage to call
I don't know but the Doctor did fall
Justice will never be served
We won't get you back - this I have learned
It makes me feel mad whenever I see his name
He doesn't deserve to keep his practice or to go to games
He wasn't convicted of the crime that he did
He took away life - he took away a kid
Oh Alix, if I could I would change the time
Then I would make you go a different way
That way - that man wouldn't have killed you and drove away
However I keep in mind you died doing what you loved best
So my friend - fly on forever you have passed the test
You leave behind so many people of love
But I know it's for a reason - so fly on little dove
Keep the place rocking
Never have matching stockings
Fly on Alix, you deserve it
