Flirting with Fangs
The lady went long without her love
While her own heartaches
Could being apart really be the fate
Never wanting his heart to break
The shadow forever loved by the lady
And forever cared for by her
She emerges from her reservation and shies
Her will her family bring their err
The legend of the shadow long-forgotten
New eras lay ahead
No longer reign the rotten
Wishing for lead of silver in the shadow’s head
Never shall the shadow be an innocent dove
But none the less she offers her love
