Fighting with my anxiety

Hyperventilating

Loud pounding

Light headed

BREATHE

In, out

In, out

don’t let anxiety win

don’t let it take you over

“it’s all in your head”

Isn’t that what they say?

“You don’t actually have it stop faking”

Like it’s not a constant battle every day?

its never gonna be easy

It’ll be a constant battle

But what if you can’t beat it?

What if it is just in your head and you are faking it

Hands shaking heavily

Head getting fuzzy

Breathing becomes hard

Pounding getting harder

BREATHE

in, out

In, out

The battle never ends for most

And sometimes anxiety decides he needs back up

Depression is a heavy hitter

He doesn’t pull his punches

He puts you in a corner

He stays on you like a bee to Hyperventilating

He stays on you like a bee to honey

He pushes against you like water on a rock

And like water he cuts you off from your support

he makes it so you can’t get help from others

~dark feelings build up~

~loneliness festers~

Heavy pounding comes back

DAMN IT BREATHE

don’t let it consume you

It can’t control you

The battle is hard fought

You will survive and shine

It never truly ends but you will win the war

~loneliness festers~

Heavy pounding comes back

DAMN IT BREATHE

don’t let it consume you

It can’t control you

The battle is hard fought

You will survive and shine

It never truly ends but you will win the war
