It’s like one big up and down ride 

You never know which one ur going to be feeling 

Until it’s revealing 

You see that’s the thing 

You never no anything 

It creeps up on you in an element of surprise

As  it slowly gets bigger in size 

 You try to put on a front 

To hide the  feeling u won’t confront 

These feelings  there like a trap 

There is no map 

There is no escaping 

Only you can change the shaping

We don’t want them
