Fearsome to Me

Fear feels like tremors,

enclosing around you.

Fear smells like a selfless act,

filling your home.

Fear tastes like built up sensations,

tracing your cheeks.

Fear looks like the past,

staring back at you.

Fear sounds like perception

nothing you want to hear.

Fear of:

a warm embrace

homemade food

tears

mirrors

and

the truth

amounts to

vulnerability.

Fear is vulnerability.

So,

What is fearsome to you?
