Family

Location

Momma didn't want you

and Daddy didn't stay.

But the razors your may see

take all the pain away.

When no one's in the house,

you feel safe and calm.

When they return, you're like louse,

being slapped by your stepdad's palm.

You pull out your blade late in the night

and drag it across your skin.

And the only real reason you're in this fight,

it because of your own kin.
