Faith establishes ...

Faith is anchored

Galatians 2:20 “I am crucified with Christ;

it is no longer I, who lives, but Christ, Who lives in me;

and the Life I live now in the flesh I live by faith  in

the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself for me”.

2nd Cor. 5:7 “for we walk by faith, not by sight”

Romans 1:17 “for in the Righteousness of God is revealed

from Faith to faith; as it is written, “the just shall live by Faith”.

Faith is anchored in the One ... in Whom he believes.

Faith looks not at what happens ... but from Whom he receives.

Faith establishes a relationship ... with God Who retrieves.

Faith under-girds what was lost and strengthens our belief.

Faith does not regard feeling for it is concerned with God.

Faith follows the One believed it beholds and rests in God.

Faith’s life is unchanging ... unchangeable as God.

Faith never alters attitude ... it’s always content in God.

Feeling turns on how one feels ... it beholds one-self.

Faith expresses self the same ... in dark or light.

Emotions always induce a saint to live for himself

but the pathway of faith is exclusively for God’s delight.

The interest of God is more important than one’s own.

Complete obedience simply shows ... how much one has grown.

To live by sight and feeling or self-pity should be gone

if one lives by faith and not joy ... one lives life’s very best.

 A saint should not bitterly cry ... as bereft of Life,

whenever he feels cold and dry ... or empty and pained.

For Life itself is spiritual ... and should be void of strife.

Remember, divided in one’s self ... is surely nothing gained.
