Eye for an Eye

Don't you see
Could it be
that god is trying to kill us
we have flooded these streets
with our streets and our floods
Can't you see why there's cancer
Stop looking now
we have our answer
This race is too large
and the rabbit has won
so we may make ourselves the only one
We take over this territory without knowledge of why
Our full potential is destruction
Everything we know and what we will know
will die
Stop controlling
Stop this madness
Bending the earth
into a sadness
we all know what good
But little we care
While we float in the air
while some of us are trying to sleep
but how can we?
to the sound of her weep
We do it to ourselves by
Lying and Prying
Bending and shifting
Tending and lifting
Just to try to prolong the possibility of living
I'd say unpredictably a week

Weak or strong
Rich or poor
We are satisfaction's whore
we know we are doing wrong
That's why I'm crying
We have gone on too long denying
No more forward than forward
Everything recycles and filters out
There's always one ahead of the other
But who is god
but a "big brother"

My dreams are my center
wasting away facts i don't need
Our brains are so powerful
So use then, let your pores feed
Let the disgust pour out
Because without a doubt
from the knowledge that we are not the boss
And despite what we don't know
I know the world is cross
We need it out
The world is our purge
An electrical surge
A giant liver
Everything thing's a fever
Expunging from your shiver
