expectations

Stress - tormentor of my dreams

I stay up all night,

It causes me anxiety

My back begins to slouch

Lack of sleep

eyes become darker

Could it be deadly?

I’m pushed too much

What’s the rush

My expectations are set too high

Not quite to inspire but succeed

The thought of stress

Makes me angry

I get panicky

What if

What if I can’t do it

Can’t do the things they expect of me.
