Seventeen blowflies surround my rotting corpse

Sixteen flowers around my box

Fifteen seconds of staring down the brackish water with force

In my minds eye I see a glowing fox

Underground the dirt feels course

My unconscious cadaver breaks with each thrown rock

September came running, it's hooves rattled like a horse

Sinking in that my stillness is forever and not just a mock
