Entwined Souls

Entwined Souls

Burn the past.

Let it choke.

And while time wanes,

feel love invoke.

As caution subsides,

your heart I hold,

so close to mine;

Our story is told.

Laced up hearts

entwined with two souls,

growing closer

growing closer

Day

Day by day and night by night,

I pinky swear that I'll treat you right.

Wipe your tears.

Just look at me.

You're not alone, don't you see?

Lets carve our names into a tree, into a tree of history.

You are genuine,

as true as two doves.

You are the one, whom my soul loves.

With that said,

I hope you can see

with your cosmic eyes,

We were meant to be.
