Enemy Destroys

I wake up.

Another day,

walking through the doors.

Watching the enemy,

as she comes at me with her posse.

Oh, how she grins gleefully,

as bullets fly off of her tongue.

Letting me know how worthless I am.

As the enemy destroys what’s left of me.

I fall to the very ground,

feeling worthless and alone.

I let the tears descend down to the floor.

I cry out, no one comes to my aid.

The enemy comes back,

wanting to finish what she started.

She does.

I feel dead inside.

The enemies not done,

she never will be.

She won’t stop till she destroys me and everyone in sight.
