Enchanted

That was a moment to remember
which left me mesmerised
It was not a flower
neither sunset nor sunrise
But the beauty of the sight
had left me in surprise
How can one be so beautiful
Her looks had me hypnotised

I was so glad
The average looking lad
To see the girl of my dreams
Standing in front of my eyes

Her eyes were beautiful
Her voice was soulful
Her smile was the topping on the
cake of her beauty
Trying to start a conversation
I was in a bitter confusion
Nervousness being the intrusion
I stopped to find the solution

Trying to approach her forward goes my feet
But nervousness had made it every time to retreat
I began to curse myself for being an introvert
To impress her I tried my best and
Left it to god for doing the rest

I tried to imitate some styles
Some fancy looking styles
But nothing caught her attention
My hopes were lost
And I started to return to
my original life
but one day
our eyes met
She smiled , I smiled
And whole world stood still in that while

My heart began to beat faster
Her smile became my master
And I could not do anything

I made up my mind to start a conversation with her
I approached her and told my name and asked her name

From then we began conversing regularly
our talk became friendly
I began to love everyday of life of mine
To relieve my mood her smile was just fine
I planned to express my love for her
That she became the reason for my smiles
That she comes in my dreams every night
I was about to express myself that she
Left in a hurry
Showing the signs of worry
And after that her goodbye was her last words i heard
And suddenly she disappeared

I would not curse god for what he did
Rather I would thank him for the moments he granted
This was the description of the girl who left me enchanted
