Emotions

Desire rage within its thin shell,

Pain pours out from its beaten crevice,

A content sigh, an angry remark,

A dainty tear flowing out from those eyes.

Such sadness, such surprise!

The heart is mending,

The lips are breaking,

And the mind cannot decide on its own.

These emotions everyone will feel,

Sometimes a joy, sometimes a burden,

But to experience them and share them,

Isn't that what makes us human?

The pity is that, we as humans, often are afraid of sharing our true emotions. We try to dress up how we feel, to make it look like "everything's perfect". Great poem!!
