Emergence

Bodily explosions erupt
Emotions wage war
Physical is losing

Pink nail liquor
Replaces pink ponies galore
Princess is no more

The caterpillar
Slowly hugs itself
Change - corners her

No control - she waits
From barney to boys
His call she anticipates

Opening her buds
Accepting lifes pollen
Metamorphosis is chosen

Clock ticking teens
Move over child
Emerge now - woman.
