Been staring too long,

In my drafts for some time

My email will stay,

This colon, that phrase,

What’s left for me to say?

 

When I’m finally done,

It’s a waiting game

Class section, ID,

Should I use your first name? 

 

I wait and I tap, 

Hope for a response

And then there it is

 

“Yeah ok - ur prof”
