Elevator

I could stare into your eyes,
Till holes burn through my skin,
Kindling a wicked fire growing strong within.
The deepness of your honeyed voice
Into my longing ears
Relaxes every tensity
Dispelling lonely fears
Your voice! That voice,
Reverb'rating through my chest,
Wherein lies unsettled heart,
My breath cannot take rest.
Your smile is contagious
My body is made weak
By laughter that consumes my soul
Why can't you be the life I seek?
I swear you're driving me insane
So shy,
Oh love, don't be afraid.
Don't you know what I am wanting?
How you fill my dreams is haunting
Lay your head right there and keep it
Tell me not to leave.
Lead me on to somewhere secret.
Take a chance with me divine
And as your lips are pressed to mine
We rise
We rise!
Don't quit me now,
I love your eyes.
My mind has left
My senses gone
Yet I sense it all
My mem'ry drawn
We're high o'er ground
But my feet: on the floor
So baby forget
That damn, open door
