Among the many events and complications of life
Lies the smallest hope that one day, all will be well.
It’s a tine, cold flame easily squandered with strife,
But it’s a little white light that holds you steadily on.

Among the wings of time, the winds and storms alike,
You’ll find a flicker of love, tiding the wind,
Daring o face the world and holds against the storm’s strike.
Love prevails and holds us together, keeps us strong.

Among the crashing waves and ocean breeze
Between grains of salt and blood and teeth,
Joy jumps and flips, sparkles and, with ease,
Dissolves the salt and owns the waves.

As the wind blows and owns the waves,
Freedom flies and streams happiness behind it.
The same calm that cool freedom spells,
So does freedom stir and build us up.
