To Eating Disorders

Dear Eating Disorders,

  • What is an eating disorder?

Eating disorder; when you purge your meals to feel okay

  • What is bulimia?

Bulimia; The monster inside that forces all your meals back out

  • What is anorexia?

Anorexia; The voice that whispers lies of how you would look better being skinny

Dear beautiful person,

  1. Don't engage with eating disorders
  2. Don't let Anorexia win
  3. Don't ignore bulimia
  4. Don't hate your own skin,

you are beautiful outside and within

Just remember, you don't have to be thin to win.

Dear Eating Disorders,

Is binge eating a real eating disorder?

Or do I just not care about all the things I eat to feel better?

Food is where I find my comfort, whether I'm eating it, making it or sharing it.
